Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal for EU countries

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Freyhand GmbH, Im Neugrabener Dorf 41–45, 21147 Hamburg, support@freyhand.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by us). The refund will be issued without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. For items that cannot be returned via standard postal service due to their nature (bulky goods), return shipping costs amount to approximately €29.90.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are produced based on your individual selection or specifications, or goods clearly tailored to your personal needs (e.g., custom-made items from our workshops).

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not residents of a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union.
